Grief and loss

Grief can follow the death of someone we love, but also the loss of a relationship, community, identity, opportunity, way of life, or a future we had imagined for ourselves.

There is no single way to grieve. You might experience sadness, anger, guilt, numbness, relief or uncertainty — sometimes all at once. Loss can also raise deeper questions about meaning, mortality, identity and how life continues when something important has changed.

Therapy offers a space to make room for grief without expecting you to follow a particular timeline or simply “move on.” Together, we can explore what has been lost, what it means to you, and how you might carry that experience while gradually reconnecting with life.

The aim is not to leave what mattered behind, but to find a way of living alongside loss while making space for meaning, connection and what comes next.
