Psychotherapy and counselling sessions are 60 minutes.
 

While psychotherapy and counselling are not eligible for Medicare rebates, my fees are set to be broadly comparable with the out-of-pocket cost of seeing a psychologist after a Medicare rebate.

 

Standard session — $140 

Reduced fee — $120 

Coaching Package (2 x 60 min foundation sessions, 8 x 30 min check-in sessions) - $790

I want to provide an affordable service for all as my capacity allows. A limited number of reduced-fee appointments are available for students, concession-card holders, people on lower incomes or experiencing financial pressure.

A further financial hardship rate may be available for those experiencing significant financial difficulty. Please feel welcome to ask about reduced fees when you enquire.

Short-term support:
 

Single-session and short-term therapy are also available if you have something specific you'd like to work through, want to see how therapy feels, or need support while waiting for another service.
 

If cost is ultimately a barrier, I'm also happy to suggest lower-cost and funded services you could explore.
