Identity, belonging and connection

Questions of identity and belonging can leave us wondering who we really are, where we fit, what we value, and which parts of ourselves feel genuinely our own.

Therapy can be more than addressing distress — it can also be a process of self-discovery. Together, we can explore the experiences, relationships, beliefs and expectations that have shaped you, while making space for questions of meaning, spirituality, mortality, values and your place in the world. There is no particular worldview you are expected to adopt; the focus is on discovering what resonates with you.

For those drawn to it, this exploration can also include our relationship with nature. Time outdoors, movement and stillness can offer different ways of reconnecting with ourselves, our bodies and the wider living world.

Ultimately, the aim is to deepen your understanding of yourself, strengthen your sense of belonging and help you make more conscious choices about how you want to live.
