LGBTIQA+ support
You are not the only one - but you are unique ...
I identify as queer and bring lived experience of exploring sexuality, identity and belonging, including what it can feel like to navigate difference and the expectation to explain or justify who you are.
Â
This sits alongside my professional experience counselling within an LGBTQIA+ community agency, where I continue to volunteer. Working with people across diverse sexualities, gender identities, cultures and life experiences has reinforced that there is no single way to be queer — or one path to belonging, coming out or living authentically.
Â
In therapy, you don’t need to educate me or justify your identity. And being LGBTQIA+ doesn’t have to be the reason you come. You are a whole person, shaped by your relationships, culture, experiences, values, body, mind and sense of meaning.
Â
Together, we can explore whatever matters to you — whether that’s identity, relationships, family, sexuality, mental health, meaning, spirituality, or simply the challenges of being human.
