I believe healing occurs when we move beyond surviving and towards deeper connection—with our bodies, our spirit, each other, and the natural world we are part of.

I am a proud member of the LGBTIQA+ community, and I welcome people of all beliefs and cultural backgrounds, neurodiverse identities and physical abilities.

I am fully qualified to support you. I hold a Masters of Psychotherapy &Â Counselling, a BA in Psychology (Anthropology Major) and am a registered PACFA practitioner.

LGBTIQA+ people can face unique challenges—from coming out and navigating relationships, to stigma and shame, or finding a sense of self beyond the expectations of others and our own communities.

Therapy offers a space to explore challenges openly and without judgement. With a therapist who understands queer experiences, you don’t have to explain the basics—just focus on what matters to you.
Anxiety, depression and overwhelming emotions can leave us feeling stuck, disconnected or unable to cope. Sometimes it’s difficult to understand why we feel the way we do, let alone know how to change it.

Therapy can help you understand what’s happening beneath the surface, while developing practical ways to manage distress, reconnect with your body and emotions, and move towards a life that feels more grounded and meaningful.
Conflict or disconnection can arise in any relationship—romantic partners, family, friendships or the workplace. Sometimes we find ourselves repeating familiar patterns, struggling to communicate our needs, or reacting in ways that leave us feeling stuck or misunderstood.

Therapy can help you recognise relational and attachment patterns, understand the wider systems that shape them, and explore different ways of communicating, setting boundaries and being with others.
Questions of identity and belonging can leave us wondering where we fit, what we value, and which parts of ourselves feel truly our own.

Therapy offers a space to explore who you are beyond the expectations of others, deepen your connection with yourself and those around you, and build a life that feels more authentic and genuinely your own.
Difficult experiences can stay with us long after they have passed. Trauma can come from a single overwhelming event, or from experiences such as abuse, neglect, rejection or feeling unsafe that build over time. It can leave us carrying fear, panic or overwhelm, or feeling numb and disconnected. Therapy can gently help you understand and live with the impacts of trauma.
Grief can follow the death of someone we love, but also the loss of a relationship, opportunity, identity, sense of belonging, or the future we imagined for ourselves.

Therapy offers space to make sense of loss, honour what mattered, and find ways to carry grief without being overwhelmed by it—gradually making room for meaning, connection and what comes next.
